Shipping + Returns
 

 Shipping is via first class USPS unless otherwise notes. First class shipping generally takes anywhere from 3-8 business days, but can take longer, and a specific ship delivery date is not guaranteed unless pre-arranged with Florian Gray /Nancy Nikko Design.

Florian Gray /Nancy Nikko Design does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on personalized items. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

If your order arrives damaged, I will happily refund or replace any item(s). Please send an email with explanation to Nancy [!at] NancyNikko.com before returning. Damaged items must be reported within 1 week of package delivery and a photo for insurance purposes may be required.
